I am familiar with the PTI publication relating to ground and rock anchors.  However, PTI is about post-tensioning in general. Its publication on rock and soil anchors does not go into too much detail that is specific to such anchors, such as creep, pre-tension losses and degradation due to repetitive load/unload cycles. Any recommendations of other industry organizations or publications dedicated to rock and soil anchors?
