Welcome to the Webplatform of Geo Engineering!

Dr. K. Rainer Massarsch is an international consultants in geotechnical engineering and soil dynamics. His main areas of expertise are soil improvement, deep foundations, ground vibrations and earthquake engineering. Dr. Massarsch is also chairing several international committees.

Consulting World-Wide
Geo Engineering AB provides consulting services and specialist advice to government and R&D organisation, contractors and equipment manufacturers as well as consultants. We have established a network of experts in different areas of geotechnical and earthquake engineering. If you are interested in the consulting services of Geo Engineering, please use the Contact form on this Web Platform.

Soil Compaction
Dr. Massarsch is the inventor of several soil compaction systems. The resonance compaction system is being widely used for the densification of natural soils and man-made fills, in particular in seismic areas.

Ground Vibration Isolation and Analyses
Dr. Massarsch is assists in solving ground vibration problems caused by traffic and other sources. A comprehensive study, PrognosVib was performed for Swedish Railway.

An innovative ground vibration isolation system was developed by a sister company VIBISOL, which is used to protect buildings from traffic and other vibration sources.

WEBFORUM EUROPE AB
Geo Engineering AB participates in the development and implementation of geotechnical information systems on the Internet. Examples are Geoforum, the ISSMGE Web site, and Webforum.
